In explaining his decision to not release images of a dead Osama bin Laden, President Obama acknowledged that there would always be doubters and deniers, but he dismissed them with this: "The fact of the matter is, you will not see bin Laden walking on this Earth again."
Tell that to the residents of the Sante Fe neighborhood in Bogota, Colombia, home to Hasmet Hichster Londono, who resembles, admires and, for the past seven years, has dressed like the now-dead-and-gone al-Qaeda leader.
